1. EXIT GUARANTEE: As a Buyer or Seller you are required to sign an Agreement to work exclusively with us for the duration of the contract. If at any time before the contract expires you wish to cancel the contract, we will do so.

2. LOVE IT OR LEAVE IT: If you purchase a home through me and for any reason you must sell within one year, I will sell your home for $500.00 administration fee providing you use our services to purchase the next one.

3. YOUR HOME SOLD IN 90 DAYS: We will sell your home in 90 days or less. Some conditions apply
